From the company's Lake Mary, Florida headquarters he leads strategy, key partnerships, and client care — and personally reviews the toughest cases the team takes on.

Shi Wei Dong co-founded Eclipse Traveler and leads all Canadian operations. He is one of the most respected voices in our practice on Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Canadian study permits, and he keeps the team continuously updated on evolving IRCC policy.

Clients across Asia, Africa, and the Americas rely on Shi Wei for his precision, discretion, and the steady guidance he provides from the first consultation through landing in Canada.
